Medical Director Needed in Vermont

As Statewide Psychiatry Medical Director, you will oversee the Psychiatry staff throughout the state of Vermont at various Vermont Department of Corrections sites, direct scheduling and staffing, provide training and develop practice guidelines as appropriate. In addition, you will act as liaison between MHM Corporate and the Vermont Department of Corrections. This position will have both administrative (40%) and clinical (60%) duties.

Eligible candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry and should possess extensive experience in outpatient services, a proven track record in managing a staff of psychiatrists. Correctional mental health experience is highly desired.
