Radiology, Interventional
Job Description
A hospital located in Southern Idaho is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for coverage at their branch. The facility is looking to fill this position with a permanent candidate and would consider the locum physician. The hospital is a small Critical Access facility with roughly 25 beds located along the Snake River. The candidate must be able to read Mammography and have no malpractice history or license restrictions, without exception. The other reads include MRI, CT, Drainage and Biopsies. Although this is an Interventional opportunity, they would not be expecting anyone to be reading angiograms. Overall, you should expect to see approximately 80-100 reads per 8 hour and have the option of picking up some nights and weekend shifts if desired. Credentialing for this facility will take approximately 10-12 weeks due to the great relationship the client has with them.
