•Register or log in for contact information is seeking one BC/BE fellowship trained sports medicine physician to work as sports medicine physician in gorgeous American Fork and northern Utah County.
•Requires fellowship training from an accredited Sports Medicine fellowship program with CAQ certification and/or eligibility.
•Base salary guarantee with opportunity to move to full productivity and incentives.
•All purpose leave of up to 25 days per year
•CME of $3,500 per year
•Full benefits package including medical malpractice, health, life, dental, vision and disability Insurance

American Fork is a beautiful community of 28,000 at the base of majestic Mt. Timpanogos.
