Position requires fellowship training from an accredited Sports Medicine fellowship program with CAQ certification and/or eligibility. Base salary guarantee with opportunity to move to full productivity and incentives. All purpose leave of up to 25 days per year. CME of $3,500 per year. Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group. Opportunity to join existing group of fellowship trained Sports Medicine physicians in Utah County and develop newer areas and work with local high schools, youth and club sports, dance and gymnastic groups as well as peripheral involvement with local collegiate athletes (BYU and UVU) and teaching opportunities with our Intermountain Utah Valley Sports Medicine Fellowship program. Need someone who is a team player, practice-builder and willing to work in collaborative practice with sports medicine physicians and group orthopedic surgeons. American Fork is a beautiful community of 28,000 at the base of majestic Mt. Timpanogas. Recreational opportunities abound in the area, including swimming, golfing, water skiing, snow skiing, fishing, hiking, camping, tennis, etc. American Fork Hospital is a 117-bed acute care, primary and secondary facility serving American Fork and other communities in Utah County, which has a population base of approximately 550,000.
