Accounting Specialist

Purpose:

The Accounting Specialist performs a variety of accounting and related clerical duties to support  Company operations. The specialist reports to the Assistant Controller and has responsibility for the delivery and completion of accurate and timely accounting functions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coding invoices to appropriate GL accounts, project, and budget codes
  • Processing invoice information into automated software applications
  • Completing collections and deposits of receivables
  • Maintaining and projecting the company’s professional reputation

Requirements

  • One to two years of previous accounting experience
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts and procedures
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Knowledgeable of automated accounting applications

Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to various teams and managers
  • Prepares and assembles documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Makes photocopies and scans documents into the document retrieval system
  • Sorts and distributes incoming documents through fax and mail

Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Credentialing Coordinator

Purpose:

The Credentialing Coordinator provides support to providers, clients, and internal customers by gathering and reporting timely credentialing information.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Providing credentialing support to clients, providers and internal customers
  • Assembling and maintaining statistical data
  • Facilitating and reporting credentialing results
  • Ensuring accurate documentation to meet credentialing requirements
  • Maintaining and projecting the company’s professional reputation

Qualifications:

  • At least two years experience in high volume credentialing 
  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • CPCS highly desired

Physician Recruiter

Purpose

Physician Recruiters develop and maintain professional relationships with providers and potential clients to place physicians on temporary assignments

  • Conducts phone interviews and evaluates physicians’ credentials and qualifications
  • Screens physicians to determine their qualifications and availability
  • Communicates with the physician and the client from contract award through end of assignment
  • Maintains physician job postings on the LocumTenens.com website
  • Promotes goodwill and a positive image of the company

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the recruiting or staffing industry
  • Solid understanding of recruiting processes and strategies
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Can work independently in a fast paced environment

Marketing Account Executive

Purpose:

The Marketing Account Executive is responsible for new business development within their territory through sales calls, fax, email, and mass marketing. Builds relationships  with clients and ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining and projecting the company’s professional reputation.

Position Responsibilities

  • Developing new business through prospecting and networking
  • Making phone sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Conducting sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads
  • Tracking transactions throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

  • Two years of professional B2B sales experience.
  • Recent success in the staffing or recruiting industry highly desired
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

Sales Research Consultant

Purpose:

The Sales Research Consultant prospects for open opportunities by generating sales leads which develop into signed client agreements and Contacting prospective healthcare facilities and presenting our services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verifying physicians’ credentials and availability for assignments.
  • Qualifying the viability of the client opportunity.
  • Generating credible and timely information
  • Posting openings on the LocumTenens.com website
  • Functioning as part of the assigned specialty team
  • Building relationships with physicians for future assignments

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
