Adult & Adolescent Psychiatrist Needed in North West Montana

This facility, located in North Western Montana has a need for a locums or permanent psychiatrist starting in October until the position is filled with permanent doctor. It is inpatient. The patient breakdown is 85% adult and 15% adolescent. There may be some occasional geriatric. There is a 40 bed unit to include adolescent, chemical dependency and psychiatrist. There are 2 other psychiatrist on the unit. The admissions/discharges per day vary. The average length of stay is 3-5 days. Notes are dictated. The medical physicians handle the H&P's. There may be call once in a while but rarely. There is possible weekend call but extremely rare. Will only do weekend rounds if taking weekend call and the number depends on inpatient census at the time.
