Job Description
The facility is located in the District of Columbia. A psychiatrist is need for locums to do outpatient work with children and adolescents. The maximum they need a psychiatrist to work is 3 day a week. The psychiatrist will not see patients but will do more administrative work. One will participate in the development of organization wide strategic, quality; perform medical and business planning, and goal setting as related to mental/behavioral health. They’ll collaborate with the Medical Director, QI staff and Care Coordination Department to monitor and evaluate the quality of behavioral health services being delivered to HSCSN members by mental/behavioral health providers. The psychiatrist needs to be certified in child psychiatry.
Along with seeing all the historical sites and museums DC has to offer, you’ll have time to take in the many fairs and flea markets taking place around town!
