Job Description
We are looking for a psychiatrist in the central part of North Carolina. The facility prefers someone that is young and energetic because this is a fast-paced environment. The doctor would be working in an inpatient admissions unit. There are approximately 40 beds. The work hours are Monday thru Friday 8am until 5pm. The doctor would see between 8-12 patients per day. There are two full time psychiatrists and 2 residents on the unit. There is NO call. The average length of stay is 3-30 days. This job is a locums only. This facility treats adults only.
