Credentialing Requirements for Foreign Medical Graduates
Legible copy of medical degree, with translation (if possible)
Legible copies of all other training certificates, certifications, and licenses
Documentation via CV of all work history (including month/year) and explanations for any gaps in time greater than 30 days
Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate OR certificate showing completion of a Fifth-Pathway program
Possess current Permanent Residence status (ie: 'green card')
