The first video in the four-part series, titled "The Winner," debuts today online at www.locumtenens.com/videos. Other videos in the series will launch each week over the next month on August 17, 24 and 31.

The videos are a humorous look at some over-the-top characters pieced together from some stereotypical shortfalls that people familiar with the recruiting industry may recognize.
