Location: Lake City, FL
Start Date: December 1, 2025 (ASAP start possible with temps)
Credentialing Timeframe: Temp privileges available
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Schedule: 10–12 shifts/month
Shift Times: 7p–7a or 6p–6a
Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
Practice Setting: Hospital
Procedures: Intubation, central lines, chest tube
Workload: ~2 patients/hour, ~30 daily admissions
Orientation: 2-hour onboarding + 2 shadow shifts
Additional Info: Provider must be willing to work at affiliated FSEDs. No locals (must be 50+ miles away).
