- 2 outpatient primary care facilities about 1.5 miles away from each other in the Ft. Wayne, IN area

About the workday:
- Monday & Wednesday hours: 8am-7pm
- Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday hours: 8am-5pm

Patient volume: about 20-22 patients per day
Support staff: 1:1 MA
Seeing all ages
DEA BLS CSR
BC in IM FM
ASAP start- 30-45 day credentialing
EMR: E-Clinical Works
