OB/GYN Locum Opportunity – Weekend Call Coverage

Job description

Seeking an experienced OB/GYN to provide dedicated weekend call coverage. This is a flexible locum role with weekday supervision of midwives and primary responsibility for obstetric and emergent gynecologic care.

Schedule:
Looking for coverage evert Monday and every 4th weekend
For weekends, the call shift starts Friday 7a-Monday 7a out of house call. There is no midwife on call nights or weekends.

Responsibilities: Respond to all Labor & Delivery, ED admissions, emergent clinic calls, C-sections, vaginal deliveries (including VBACs), and rare gynecologic surgeries

Volume: ~1–3 vaginal deliveries per shift, 5–10 clinic calls


👤 Candidate Requirements

Board Certification: BC or truly BE in OB/GYN

License: Active OH license or IMLC LOQ to submit

DEA: Required

Minimum Experience: 1 year in OB/GYN practice

Credentialing: Emergency privileges available
