𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞:
Locum Physician – 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens outpatient clinic coverage due to a recruitment gap. This position supports a community-based primary care practice serving patients in a rural setting with access to comprehensive on-site resources.

The physician will provide outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population, supported by experienced Medical Assistants and front-desk staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
- Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
- After-hours clinic call: Rotational
- No weekend coverage required

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
- Coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely using Heathland EMR

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 & 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
- Outpatient clinic within a rural healthcare setting
- Supported by experienced MAs and administrative staff
- Access to point-of-care testing and on-site diagnostic imaging
- Affiliated with a 25-bed critical access hospital
- 24/7 Emergency Department coverage available

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- MD/DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible state medical license
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements and provide scheduled coverage

• 4-Day Work Week – No Weekends Required
• Outpatient-Only Family Medicine with Light Rotational Call
• Rural Community Hospital with Strong MA Support
