✅ Requirements
🗸 MD or DO from an accredited medical school
🗸 Active New York State Medical License
🗸 Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
🗸 Open to all experience levels, including residents and fellows
🗸 Experience or training in geriatric and chronic disease management preferred
🗸 Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
