Primary Care Locum Physician Need in Savannah!!

Job description

Specialty: Family Medicine PC, Internal Medicine PC
Facility Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Anticipated Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
i. Potential extended hours (would tie-in to 40 hour work week, long Wed means short Friday)
Open to PT candidates (minimum 2 days per week)
Any specific Residency training requirements?
Family Medicine & Internal Medicine
- Must be Board Certified either FM or IM
No Peds seen in FM clinics, they go to Peds specific office
i. Maybe some Acute Care Peds
ii. Ages 12+
20 patients per day
Support Staff:
1 MA or LPN per Provider
1 Front Desk
Bread and Butter Primary Care
BLS, DEA required
What EMR? : Cerner
Travel & Lodging? & Rates: YES
Credentialing timeline: 30-45 days - (verifying if quicker start date is possible)
Orientation
Day One: HR Training, IT training
Day Two-Three: days shadowing w/ EMR Champion i. Cerner AI Agent (voice-to-text charting)
