San Francisco / Bay Area · Full-Time · Concierge Primary Care & Longevity Medicine
It is a concierge primary care and longevity practice built around deep doctor-patient relationships, advanced diagnostics, and proactive health optimization. We serve high-performing professionals through small physician panels and $18,000 annual memberships. We are looking for an exceptional physician to join our founding Bay Area care team.

COMPENSATION
BASE SALARY
$400,000
Guaranteed annual compensation

TOTAL COMPENSATION
Up to $650,000
Base + performance bonus at full panel

PERFORMANCE BONUS
$250,000
Unlocks at 30 patients, grows every 10

MAXIMUM PANEL SIZE
150 Patients
$18K memberships · extended visit model
Bonus structure: $400K base through your first 30 patients. From patient 31 onward, +$21K for every 10 additional patients. Full bonus ($250K) reached at 150 patients.

THE ROLE
• Serve as primary physician for a panel of up to 150 members
• Extended visits—up to 2 hours for initial consultations
• Develop personalized preventive and longevity care plans
• Leverage advanced diagnostics: genomics, comprehensive panels, wearables, imaging
• Collaborate with our CMO on clinical protocol development
• Same-day availability and responsive patient communication

QUALIFICATIONS
MD with completed residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Board-certifi ed or eligible. 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience. Current or obtainable California medical license.
