JOB SUMMARY

A Diagnostic Radiologist is needed to provide onsite coverage during weekdays to read diagnostic radiology exams and perform fluoroscopy procedures. After-hours call coverage is required on weeknights and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This locum position is due to the current independent contracted radiology group choosing not to renew their contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PRACTICE SETTING

Read and interpret diagnostic radiology exams from the following modalities:
MRI
Ultrasound
CT
X-Ray
Mammography
Nuclear Medicine
Perform Fluoroscopy procedures, including but not limited to:
Swallow Studies
Esophagrams
Barium Enema
Myelograms
Arthrograms
Breast Biopsies
Support Staff: Radiology Technologists
EMR: EPIC

SCHEDULE & SHIFT DETAILS

Weekday Onsite: Perform diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopy exams
After-Hours Call: Weeknights and weekends (Sat/Sun)
FTE Coverage: 24/7 coverage with onsite presence during the week

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified/Board Eligible (required)
State License or IMLC or ability to obtain ND license (required)
Residency Requirements/Fellowship (required)
ACLS, BLS, DEA (required)
Clean Malpractice (required)
Availability at time of name clear (required)
Sufficient case logs and proficiency in required procedures

Credentialing Timeframe: Prefer 90 days

• Shift(s) Description: Diagnostic Radiologist to be onsite during weekdays to read diagnostic radiology exams as well as perform Fluroscopy exams. There would also be a call need after hours on weeknights as well as on the weekends (Sat and Sun).
