This healthcare system includes multiple facilities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, featuring state-of-the-art medical centers with comprehensive services. The organization operates several award-winning hospitals including Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers, with facilities ranging from 25-bed community hospitals to 350-bed multi-specialty medical centers that have received 4-Star and 5-Star CMS ratings.

Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details:
• Join a collaborative team of nearly 100+ hospitalists including physicians and NP/PAs
• Flexible casual model with variety of staffing opportunities across multiple locations
• Work in-person at multiple sites with telehealth capabilities
• Coverage locations include Virginia, Brainerd, Duluth, and Superior facilities
• Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record throughout the entire system
• Short-term vent management (up to 24 hours) required in Virginia with additional training provided if necessary
• Procedures are not required
• Dedicated nocturnist teams available
• Mileage/rental car and lodging reimbursed for travel from primary location
• Must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with hospital-based care experience
• Work within facilities ranging from Level IV to Level 1 trauma centers
• Opportunity to address complex hospital medicine issues in collaborative environment

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
