LLocation: Cottage Grove, OR

Position: PA or NP – Emergency Department

Start Date: June 5, 2026 (Orientation on June 4)

Duration: Through September 30, 2026

Shift Details:

10-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
June dates: 6/5, 6/12, 6/21, 6/27
Additional coverage needed July–September (schedule TBD)
No call required

Position Overview:

Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Department (inpatient & outpatient)
Coverage reason: Staffing gaps
FTE: 1 provider
MD/DO support available onsite

Facility Details:

ED Beds: 8
Inpatient Beds: 7
Average Patients per Day: 41
Patient Population: All ages

Requirements:

Active Oregon license required at time of submission (no licensing assistance available)
Board Certified PA or NP
Certifications Required:
BLS
ACLS
PALS
ATLS
TNCC
Must provide documentation of emergency medicine experience within the past 24 months
Comfortable performing standard ER procedures
