Physician schedule: Mon - Thurs 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm.
T&L provided.
Normal primary care: Annual wellness visits, physicals, well child visits, hospital follow ups, etc.
ACLS, DEA and BLS required
Patient population: newborn to geriatric
Mid-level support in office.
45 day credentialing period.
No call.
