The institute boasts over 200 neuroscience physicians and advanced practitioners and is affiliated with two prominent medical schools, actively supporting medical education and clinical research across all major areas of neuroscience care.

Physician - Neurology

Job Details:

  • Serve as Medical Director for a multidisciplinary Memory Care Program focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders
  • Provide personalized, coordinated outpatient evaluation and care for memory patients - no inpatient call or hospital-based care required
  • Lead programmatic growth and development of the Memory Care Program in collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of standardized practices and clinical pathways
  • Recruit and supervise faculty and practice personnel while promoting a positive, patient-centric environment
  • Ensure seamless access, efficient patient throughput, and the highest levels of patient experience
  • Lead Memory Care Clinical Council meetings with representation from multiple disciplines, regions, and care venues
  • Collaborate with providers across multiple disciplines, councils, regions, institutes, and departments to form a seamless care continuum
  • Develop care protocols incorporating the latest brain imaging techniques, dementia biomarker testing, genetic risk factor assessments, and disease-modifying therapies
  • Utilize advanced diagnostics including dementia biomarkers, neurocognitive testing, and amyloid PET imaging
  • Offer innovative therapies such as anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody treatments
  • Educate residents on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cognitive disorders
  • Initiate and participate in clinical research programs related to cognitive disorders
  • Ideal candidate is a BE/BC Cognitive Neurologist, Memory Care Specialist, or General Neurologist with training and expertise in dementia-related disorders
