This community hospital provides essential healthcare services to the surrounding region, featuring a 14-bed department with robust support services including 24-hour availability of anesthesia, catheterization lab, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and OR response capabilities.

Opportunity:
Physician - Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine - Urgent Care

Job Details:

• Provide emergency and urgent care services covering 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)
• Approximately 1-2 twenty-four hour shifts per month
• Approximately 42 patient encounters per shift in a 14-bed department
• Active Missouri license or IMLC required to be considered
• Board certification required (minimum certified)
• Expedited credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days
• Required certifications include ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• L&D department available on-site; newborn deliveries are not received in the ED
• Locum Tenens engagement
