Locums Interventional Radiologist Needed in Virginia (100% IR, Willing to License and Cover Travel Expenses)

Job description

Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Ideally looking for 4 weeks per month on a 5x8s schedule

Clinic details
Practice Setting: Hospital-based Interventional Radiology practice
Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient procedural volume
Support Staff:
Dedicated IR nursing and technologist support.
Advanced imaging and procedural technology
Collaborative relationships with Oncology, Vascular Surgery, Nephrology, Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and other specialties
Procedures:
Image-guided biopsies
Tumor ablation
Y-90 radioembolization
Peripheral angiography and stent placement
Thrombolysis/thrombectomy
AV fistula and graft interventions
Embolization
TIPS
Paracentesis/Thoracentesis
Nephrostomy and GI tube placements
Myelograms
Uterine and prostate embolization
Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
Joint and spine injections
