This primary care clinic operates under a true value-based care model with no fee for service and no RVUs, allowing providers to focus entirely on patient outcomes and quality care. The facility serves a full-spectrum patient population in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting with strong administrative support and a collaborative team environment.

Board Certified - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time locum coverage needed starting in September on an ongoing basis while recruiting for a permanent provider
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am - 5:00pm with no late clinic, no call, and no after-hours charting
• 100% outpatient setting with an average of 8-14 patients per day
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across a full-spectrum patient population
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive care initiatives
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• EMR/Documentation: Elation
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• Active New Mexico state license required
• BLS and DEA certification required
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
• Travel reimbursement provided for flight, lodging, and car rental
