This is a primary and pediatric care center operating under a value-based care model, setting it apart from traditional fee-for-service practices. The clinic provides a supportive, team-oriented environment with no insurance billing, no RVUs, and a collaborative approach to patient care alongside a dedicated NP team.

Opportunity:
Board Certified/Board Eligible - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time, permanent family medicine position seeing patients Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• No call, no late clinics, and no after-hours charting requirements
• 100% outpatient setting with an average of 8-14 patients per day
• Full-spectrum family medicine practice serving patients from babies to retirees
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive care while coordinating specialty referrals when appropriate
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise a team of up to three Nurse Practitioners
• Operates within a value-based care model outside the traditional fee-for-service framework
• EMR platform: Elation
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
• Active New Mexico license preferred; will consider candidates who need a NM license
• BLS and DEA certification required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30-90 days
