Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling available
No weekends or holidays
Call every 6th week, Monday–Monday
Call is phone-only

Practice Details
Adult primary care
Diagnosis and management of medical problems
Chronic disease management
Comprehensive care for patients with multiple medical concerns
Option for 100% clinical Primary Care or a combination of clinical work and precepting Internal Medicine residents
Academic IM Residency attached to the practice
On-site Lab, Imaging, Geriatrics, Pharmacy, and Urgent Care
Close-knit, collaborative, supportive team

Requirements
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
BE physicians must become BC within 2 years of eligibility
Active Michigan license or willing to obtain
DEA or willing to obtain
BLS & ACLS or willing to obtain
Clean malpractice history preferred
