Urgent Care APP Locum needed in New York/Connecticut

Job description

Position Details:
-Urgent Care clinic setting
-Average daily census: 25–40 patients
-All ages treated
-Basic urgent care procedures
-Must be comfortable reading X-rays, performing sutures, and interpreting EKGs
-EMR: Epic
-Must attend mandatory onsite Epic training
-Two days of shadowing required before the first shift
-Skills checklist required

Requirements:
-Board-certified NP or certified PA
-Minimum of 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of emergency medicine experience—no exceptions
-Floating Locations:
New York: Fishkill, Carmel, Wappingers Falls, Poughkeepsie, LaGrangeville, and Kingston
Connecticut: North Stamford, Norwalk, Fairfield, Danbury, and Brookfield
