About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts within an inpatient and operating room setting, working Monday through Friday on 8-hour and 10-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes General, Orthopedic, and OB procedures; cardiac, neurological, pediatric, and cardiovascular cases are excluded from this assignment. Call coverage is required, with CRNAs serving as second call on a 1:5 ratio. Clinicians must be comfortable operating under supervision while also demonstrating a capacity for autonomy as clinical needs require. Board certification and an active license with a clean file are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
