📋 Contract Details
🔹 Coverage Type: 24-hour on-call coverage
🔹 Schedule: 1–2 weeks per month + every other weekend (flexible scheduling)
🔹 Contract Length: 6-month block, ongoing need
🔹 Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work the week of Christmas (no exceptions)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May 2026

🏥 Work Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Procedures & Case Mix: Gallbladder/biliary disease, hernia repairs, upper GI evaluations, biopsies, acute GI care, skin lesion/mass/cyst/lipoma removals, vascular access disease including port placements for drug delivery
🔹 Call Coverage: 24-hour call during assigned coverage weeks and weekends

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
🔹 License: Active Arkansas license required
🔹 DEA: Required
🔹 Experience: Recent acute care and call coverage experience required
