Compensation:
Full-time: $240,000 – $260,000 / yr
Part-time: $120 – $140 / hr

✅ Requirements
🗸 MD or DO with completed Addiction Medicine Fellowship
🗸 Active New York State Medical License
🗸 Minimum 3 years of experience in Addiction Medicine
🗸 Active Medicaid Provider Number
🗸 Active DEA Certification
🗸 Spanish proficiency preferred
🗸 Strong leadership, communication, and cultural competence
