Job description

📍 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Ketamine Clinic (Remote)

• ASAP Start (1–4 week credentialing)
• Part-Time | 20–25 Hours/Week
• 100% Remote
• Must hold both New York and New Jersey licenses

Schedule

• Flexible 4–5 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Clinic hours: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM weekdays
• Preference for alternating AM/PM shifts (e.g., Monday AM, Tuesday PM)
• Open to splitting coverage between two providers

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical evaluations for a ketamine treatment program
• 4–5 initial evaluations per day
• Clinical assessments and eligibility determinations
• Schedule qualified patients for their first physician appointment

• Microsoft Teams
