Job description

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Needed – OH
- Adult & Geriatric Psychiatry
- Inpatient geriatric psych + minimal adult IOP
- 24-hour call — only required to come onsite for admissions outside of scheduled responsibilities
- 10-bed unit | Avg census: 3.8
- Avg 2–3 admits/discharges per week
- Adult IOP: ~2 patients/day, between 12–3 PM
- Cases: bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, dementia with psychosis & anxiety

Coverage Dates:
- 10/18 at 8 PM – 10/25 at 8 PM
- 11/8 at 8 AM – 11/15 at 8 AM
- 12/6 at 8 PM – 12/13 at 8 PM
