🧠 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Needed – Philadelphia, PA

📅 ASAP Start | 3-Month Assignment (Extension Possible)
⏰ Full-Time | Onsite

📍 Philadelphia, PA
🚗 Mix of field and office work (approximately 50/50)

• Fidelity ACT Team setting
• Manage a shared caseload of approximately 110 patients
• Each patient is seen at least once per month
• Appointment lengths vary based on patient needs and acuity
• Provide ongoing psychiatric care, medication management, and treatment planning
• May administer injections such as Sublocade, Vivitrol, Aristada, and other long-acting medications

✅ Requirements:
• Pennsylvania NP License
• PROMISe ID Required
• Psychiatric NP experience preferred

• ACT Team + Outpatient
• 3 months w/ option to extend
• Adults Only
