Step into a leadership role within a structured inpatient psychiatric program serving adults (18–65) with major mental illness. This is a flexible opportunity that blends clinical leadership with optional direct patient care, supported by a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

🕒 Flexible Schedule Options
16–20 hours/week (Medical Director responsibilities)
Option to expand up to 32 hours/week with clinical coverage
➤ 32 hours/week qualifies as Full-Time + Benefits Eligible

📅 Onsite Expectations

Mondays required (provider meetings)
Preferred schedule for part-time: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
Daily shifts: 4–8 hours
🧠 Clinical Program Details
Setting: 90-day inpatient psychiatric program
Population: Adults with major mental illness
Exclusions:
Eating disorders
Personality disorders
Organic mental disorders
Detox cases
👥 Leadership & Responsibilities
Provide oversight for:
Psychiatrists (MDs)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs)
Opportunity to engage in direct clinical care (optional)
Call Responsibilities: Minimal
➤ Emergency-only or provider absence coverage
