Schedule: 4 x 8hr shifts (2hrs onsite required, remainder can be Telepsych)
Setting: Outpatient - Hybrid
Evals / Med Manage: 1hr Eval / 15min Med Manage
Ages seen: 6+
Support Staff
NO EMR - all handwritten

Requirements -
- Medicare / PA Medicaid
- PA License
- Active DEA

Other -
- Board Certified preferred, but not required
