Advanced Heart Failure Opportunity | Atlanta, GA

Start/Date/Schedule:

2–3 weekends per month
Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM
Weekend call coverage

Work Details:

Hospital-based inpatient coverage
Advanced Heart Failure and LVAD patients
Taking calls from the ED and floor patients only
No ICU coverage
50-bed unit
Average weekend census of 80–90 patients
Working alongside an employed Heart Failure MD and APPs
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Board Certification required
Minimum 5 years of experience in specialty
Georgia license required; IMLC candidates accepted
BLS required
DEA required
Credentialing: Approximately 90–120 days

• No ICU Coverage + IMLC Accepted: Coverage is limited to ED and floor patient calls with no ICU responsibilities, and IMLC candidates are accepted for Georgia licensure.
