NP/PA needed for Immunology Follow Ups in CA

Job description

Part-time opportunity anticipated to begin in late August to early September, offering a consistent weekly schedule and a supportive outpatient environment.

• Location: Main clinic in Santa Rosa (single-site coverage)
• Schedule: Ideally Fridays, with potential for additional flexibility based on mutual needs
• Clinic Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 15–22 follow-up patients per day
• Visit Types: Primarily follow-up appointments (15–20 minute time slots)
• Setting: Outpatient allergy & asthma care

This role is ideal for a provider seeking a predictable schedule with a focus on efficient, high-quality follow-up care rather than complex or time-intensive visits.

• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and respiratory conditions
• Conduct follow-up visits, adjust treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
• Provide patient education on disease management and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic flow and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Board-Certified NP or PA
• Active California license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
