Identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Generate periodic reports as required by management.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data status and issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data handling and remote work.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to ensure productivity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable.
