AP/CP Pathologist needed in Georgia

Specialty: Anatomic/Clinical Pathology – MD/DO
Start Date: 6/2/2025-6/20
Contract Length: (6/2-6/20) 3 weeks with the potential for additional coverage throughout the year
Shift Details: Monday thru Friday 7:30-4:00pm (NO CALL)
Schedule: M-F, 7:30a-5:00p onsite
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 FTE for the 3 weeks
· Volume per day: 40 general surgical pathology cases per day split between 2 pathologists (Approx. 20 per pathologist)
· Patient population/age: All
· Department Description: Pathology
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital bed size: 310 beds
· Skills required: AP / CP Surgical pathologist, with experience in hospital setting. General surgical pathology cases.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required, AP/CP Certified
· License required: Active GA
· DEA:
· CSR:
· Certifications preferred:
· Certifications required: AP/CP Board Certified
· Minimum experience required: 1-2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: Can get expedited privileges
