Pathology | Maryland | $220–$250/hr | Full-Time or 2 Weeks/Month

Job description

Coverage: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM plus 1 week of call every 7 weeks (very light – mostly late frozen sections or blood bank approvals)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00–17:00 paid shift
Call: 1 week every 7 weeks

Volume: 20–30 surgical pathology cases/day (large, medium, small cases)
Practice Setting: Hospital (Level II Trauma, 222 beds)
Procedures: ROSE, non-gyn cytology, general surgical pathology sign-out, clinical pathology, tumor boards, cancer conferences
Support staff: 6 other pathologists
EMR: Cerner with digital pathology

Requirements
Board Certified in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology
Active Maryland license required at submission (IMLC accepted – no licensure assistance)
Active DEA and CSR required
BLS/ACLS required
Genitourinary subspecialty preferred but not required
