Role:
With a focus on organ- and disease-based sub specialization, digital pathology, and academic integration, we are seeking a Director of Anatomic Pathology to lead Surgical Pathology, Cytology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Digital Pathology, and Tumor Board participation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead surgical pathology, cytology, IHC, digital pathology, and subspecialty development.
Oversee and advance all anatomic pathology services across multiple sites.
Implement and scale digital pathology solutions, including AI-assisted diagnostics.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable pathology insights.
Participate in tumor boards, ensuring expert input in complex cases.
Support residency and fellowship training programs in pathology.
Foster academic partnerships and contribute to publications, conferences, and professional networks.


Essential Requirements:

- Western educated, trained and experienced Anatomic Pathologist;
- Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as a Anatomical Pathologist ideally in a leadership role;
