Start: As soon as credentialed
Ongoing assignment
Emergency privileges available (1–2 day turnaround with a completed application)
IMLC accepted (if applicable to supervising physician/licensure requirements)
Monday–Friday daytime coverage with optional weekend and night beeper call (no in-house call)

Practice Details:
Cardiac OR, Cath Lab, EP, and Cardiac CT/MRI
Typical daily schedule includes 1 OR case, up to 3 Cath Lab procedures, and 2–3 cardiac imaging studies
Adult congenital cardiac patients (18+)
Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia team determines staffing for all cardiac procedures
No OB, General Pediatrics, or Adult General Anesthesia call

Preferred Experience:
Full spectrum of cardiac bypass cases
Extensive neonatal cardiac experience is a plus
Candidates with primarily Cath Lab experience will still be considered

Experience with:
Congenital heart surgery
Neonatal and infant cardiac cases
Interventional cardiology
Electrophysiology procedures
Case logs from the past 12 months required

Core Cardiac Program:
Cardiac bypass surgery
Cardiac catheterization
Neonatal cardiac cases
ECMO procedures
Mediastinal explorations
Heart Center quality improvement and program development
