Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 22
Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: yes
What is the MD to CRNA ratio?: 1 to 4
Are MDs doing their own cases?: No
· Supervised by a Surgeon or ANES doc: ANES (1 on duty)
· Patients per day: 12-15
· Patient population/age: all ages
· Department description: 5 CRNAs covering OR, GI Lab, OB C-section emergencies and Epidurals
· EMR: Meditech , CRNAs document on paper intraoperatively
· Hospital bed size: 114 beds, Level II Trauma
· Types of Case: TEE, cardioversions (rare), no Cath lab unless an emergency, ER if emergency
· Skills required: manage all of surgery, endo, OB, and epidurals.

Practice Setting: Hospital

-Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks (could be longer depending on board meeting timing)

**LOCAL preferred - client books lodging, will only reimburse for mileage
