Schedule /Shift hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm, evening/ weekend call

Setting: Inpatient
If Inpatient, # of beds: 25
Call requirement: Yes. Varies, currently 2 on/2 off. Will depend on other provider availability

Patient demographics All Ages. Critical Access Hospital Support
Average patients per day: Variable. 5 to 15 patient contacts
Required Procedures: General surgery cases , endoscopies, total joints, arthroscopies, peripheral nerve blocks, urology, ENT, gynecology, c-sections, peds (dental, ENT, and ortho), labor epidurals
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)

Will provider work solo? No – Gen Surg, Othro, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Hospitalist, ED physician
