Location: Flagstaff AZ
PRN dates span from May to August - please message me and I will send the full list of dates.
Only 5 dates are needed from May-August to get credentialed!
Work Details:
• Daily Volume: 50-60 cases per day
• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Department Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size: 317
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Certifications Required: BLS or ACLS
