Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Description – Arizona

Position Type: Full-Time
Shift Type: 8-Hour Shifts
Regular Hours: Required
Overtime: Not expected, but available if desired

Call Requirements:
In-House Call: Not Required
Weeknight On-Call (Pager): Not Required
Weekend On-Call (Pager): Not Required

Supervision & Team Structure:
CRNAs are supervised by MD Anesthesiologists
Number of Providers During the Day: 4–5

Case Types:
Orthopedics, General Surgery, Outpatient Procedures, Light Pediatrics, Vascular, Regional Anesthesia, No OB or Trauma cases

Skills & Proficiency Requirements:
Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
Caselogs Required: Must provide proof of experience with spinals, epidurals, and blocks
Board Certification: Required
Licenses & Certifications: PALS Certification Required
