Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing locum assignment in Arizona. This is a hospital-based position offering flexible scheduling through December and January.

Assignment Details:
Start Date: December 3, 2025
Duration: December & January coverage (option to extend)
Shifts Available: 7a–7p and 3p–11p
Setting: Hospital | 317 beds
Number of ORs: 11 in main OR + 2 in ambulatory center
Cases/Day: 50–60 total
Departments: Ortho, general, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, endo
EMR: Cerner & SaAnesthesia

Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Active AZ license
No DEA or CSR required
Credentialing timeframe: ~30 days
