Urgent Locum Tenens CRNA needed for Dec-Jan coverage – Flagstaff, AZ

Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Schedule: Multiple shifts in December 2025 – January 2026 (see below)

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts

Dates Needed:

Dec: 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 29, 30, 31

Jan: 2, 5, 6, 10, 11

Potential to extend till May.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRNA to provide urgent locum coverage in Flagstaff, AZ. The department manages a high-volume surgical caseload with multiple specialties including orthopedics, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy.

Work Details:

Number of ORs: 11 in main OR, 2 in ambulatory center

Patient Volume: 50–60 cases per day

Must have recent hospital anesthesia experience


Practice Setting:

Hospital-based, multidisciplinary surgical environment

Requirements:

CRNA board certification

Active Arizona license

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

Minimum recent hospital experience required

Contract & Credentialing:

Credentialing timeframe: 30 days

Locum coverage with flexible shift scheduling
