CRNA Locum Phoenix | Will License | OB + OR | Flexible Days/Nights

Job description

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a flexible locum assignment In Phoenix, AZ offering 12-hour shifts, varied scheduling, and exposure to high-risk OB cases within a supervised model.

Position Details
• Shift Options: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
• Scheduling: Flexible; must be willing to work days, nights, and one weekend shift/month
• Night Shifts: 3–6 per month (OB or OR)
• Hours: 36+ hours/week (3–4 shifts)

Clinical Requirements
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital
• Current OB experience required, including high-risk OB
• Ability to cover OB, OR, days, nights, and weekends
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
• Supervised model setting

Credentialing Process
• AZ License: ~6 weeks
• IMLC: ~2 months
• Non-licensed: ~3 months
• Credentialing may begin with pending licensure
